Pastor Paul has a passion to see young men and women not only survive their teen years but to thrive. He wants them to come out the other side with the tools and intimacy with Jesus that they need to embrace all that God has for their future and to make a genuine Kingdom impact on the world. Paul has been leading students for almost 20 years, both in his native England and here in New Mexico. Paul is married to Jane, and they have three children: Daniel, Abi & Tayah. Paul’s love language is donuts. 

Melissa strives to live out a Spirit-filled life and share the love of Christ with others.  She has worked in the marketing field for many years as a domestic buyer, Sales & Marketing, and office manager.  She has experience as a childcare provider and business owner. She applies herself through deep study of God’s word through BSF, small groups, and discipling others.
Melissa has been married to her husband, Taylor, for 37 years, and they have three amazing children together: Aaron, Tim, and Landon. Melissa is pleased to be Grandma Honey to Tyler, Seth, Augustus, Layne, Ava, Remi, Blair, Adelynn, and Aiden.

Sandy leads the Harbor nursery and preschool program. She loves reaching the youngest generation by planning and teaching gospel-centered lessons with wonderful hands-on activities. She and her husband, Fran, have two children: Tyler (married to Andrea) and Lyndsey.  They are blessed with grandson Bodie and another one on the way.

Chris has worked for FBCBF for over 19 years taking care of our church by cleaning and keeping things in order. She has a servant's heart is willing to help whenever needed. She loves working with children and leads our Children in Actions missions group (CA's).  She is the mother of five children: Amanda, Zane, Louis, Molly, and Noah. She is also the proud grandmother of twelve grandchildren.
